2009 SPECIAL RATE - Pay 5 Stay 7 Nights
At Captain Jak's Cabanas, cottage & villa rental you will find comfort
and friendly people. The village of Placencia
is just a stroll away, with restaurants, music
and night life.
Our large, comfortable, two story cottage
set in a lush tropical garden have beautiful
views and refreshing breezes. Upstairs two bedrooms,
furnished with one Queen or Double size bed each and a
screened balcony overlooking the lagoon. Downstairs:
a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove
and sink, a comfortable living room and big
front porch.
Our cozy cabanas provide complete kitchens,
either 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds, in the same
private setting as our villas.
Our Private villa, a 2 bedroom + mezzanine can sleep up to 6/8 people. A/C in bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room with large screen TV, Internet access, modern kitchen, porches. One facing Maya Mountains and Lagoon. Roof top terrace and a terrace Jacuzzis view on the entire village and Maya Mountain. A perfect villa for small group or family.
The Private villa DO NOT include daily housekeeping, although clean linens are available anytime upon request. If you require daily housekeeping service please add $30 US/night.

- There is a 9% hotel tax additional
- For reservation: 3 nights minimum
required and 5 nights at Peak Season
- Children under 12yrs stay for free
- Check in time: 2pm
- Check out time: 12pm
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express
- A 50% deposit is required upon
booking to guarantee reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a 5% (of the deposit amount) or $50.00usd cancellation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, world events, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories, personal issues or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
