Perfectly located on 6 acres of beachfront, 1 mile from Placencia village on a beautiful strip of white sand beach. We have a small reef 70 feet from the water's edge.The water is calm and safe for swimming. We are directly north of Francis Ford Coppola's Turtle Inn with it's internationally acclaimed gourmet restaurant beach bar, spa and dive center. Town is an easy 30 minute walk along the beach or a quick bike ride or taxi away.
Built in 2003, the house and cabana are steps from the sea, nestled in the shade of sea grapes and palms. We built our structures with a respect for the natural landscape and as the peninsula gets more developed our finca has become a haven for the multitudes of birds that make Placencia their home. We have 200 feet of beachfront and our property stretches to the lagoon which is perfect for kayaking and bird watching.
Beach House
The beach house has vaulted tropical hardwood ceilings giving it a very spacious feeling, Lots of screened windows and fans keep the place cool. Tiled throughout with mexican tiles, the house has an open floor plan with a big living/ dining /kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen, bar with barstools, table, futon couch and CD player. There is one bedroom with a queen size 4-poster bed, wardrobe and desk. The bathroom has a hot and cold water tub and shower. There is also an outdoor shower. Watch the sunrise from the tiled verandah overlooking the sea. Comfortably sleeps 4.
Cabana
The traditional belizean wooden cabana is located on the beach next door to the beach house. Built on stilts you can catch the breeze while watching the sunrise from the deck out front. There is a queen size bed, futon couch, fully stocked kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Sleeps max 4
Amenities
The secluded sandy front yard has papaya, almond, and cashew trees, hibiscus and other flowering bushes. Hammocks and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. There is a groundskeeper who lives by the road and watches the place. The lovely people at CT-Belize manage the rental and will meet and greet you and assist you in any tour or activity planning you need, and make sure you are happy. We hope you will love our house as much as we do.
All houses are within walking distance of Live Oak Plaza, which includes the “Peckish” Deli Grocery (offering staples, deli goodies, gourmet groceries, wine & liquor) and the “Cyberwash” Laundromat, which has AC, Cable TV and is a wireless hotspot (no computers are available however).
DO NOT include daily housekeeping, although clean linens are available anytime upon request. If you require daily housekeeping service please add $25 US/night.

A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
