- If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a 5% (of the deposit amount) or $25.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
